How it works from here: you'll meet by video with an Ohio-licensed MD or DO who holds an active Certificate to Recommend. If you're recommended, the state emails you a link to the Ohio Patient & Caregiver Registry, where registration is free. Bring an Ohio driver's license or state ID; patients under 18 need a parent or guardian registered as caregiver.
